The sessions have easy, slow movements that are suitable for almost everyone, no matter what your current health, and can be done standing or sitting down.

What is Qigong?
Shibashi Qigong is a set of 18 breathing movements which are based on the philosophy of Tai Chi and extracts some of the best movements from the Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan.
It places emphasis on synchronising the 18 movements with proper breathing techniques.
It is a gentle, beautiful and flowing Qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing.
